Sir Curtly Elconn Lynwall Ambrose, KCN is a former cricketer from Antigua who played 98 Test matches for the West Indies. A fast bowler, he took 405 Test wickets at an average of 20.99 and topped the ICC Player Rankings for much of his career to be rated the best bowler in the world.
Winston Baldwin Spencer was the third Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda from 2004 to 2014. Spencer led the opposition United Progressive Party to victory in the March 2004 parliamentary election. In addition to serving as Prime Minister, he became Minister of Foreign Affairs on January 6, 2005.
Sir Lester Bryant Bird, KNH was the second Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda from 1994 to 2004 and a well-known athlete. He was chairman of the Antigua Labour Party from 1971 to 1983, then became Prime Minister when his father, Sir Vere Bird, the previous Prime Minister, resigned.
Sir James Beethoven Carlisle, GCMG is a dentist and the former Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda. Selected by Vere Cornwall Bird, his term ended in June 2007, after 16 years in office.
